This dance is one of mastery, a blossoming and continuous unfolding…

"We are both light and shadow, dancing and meeting each other in each other, to be ultimately reconciled within. " My medicine this month has been transitions. To find those moments to PAUSE. This pause can change the entire course of a conversation, attitude and perspective of the day.  When I close my eyes and take a deep breath in before I sit at the computer, before I get out of the car for meetings, and pause before I eat, I reframe my mindset and get a whole new wave of energy, happiness and resilience.  It is within these transitions that  we choose peace, tranquility, and the discipline to continue to work while being grounded and taking flight. And It is yours to take.  Why is it effective? - it's brief (15 seconds), it taps into your emotions and pauses the motions, it calls forth your most powerful self, and (I think we know by now), breathing helps brain function.  Here are some tips: 1. Get clear on who you want to be for yourself, colleagues, family and friends.   2. Use transitions between leaving the house, entering work, eating,  and take 3 deep breaths. Center into your clarity.  3. Find two words or phrases that resonate with you.  Say one as you breath in and  the other as you breath out.  Pause...I dare you. :) This dance is one of mastery, a blossoming and continuous unfolding…

"We are both light and shadow, dancing and meeting each other in each other, to be ultimately reconciled within. "

My medicine this month has been transitions.
To find those moments to
PAUSE.

This pause can change the entire course of a conversation, attitude and perspective of the day.

When I close my eyes and take a deep breath in before I sit at the computer, before I get out of the car for meetings, and pause before I eat, I reframe my mindset and get a whole new wave of energy,
happiness and resilience.

It is within these transitions that  we choose
peace,
tranquility, and
the discipline
to continue to work while being grounded and taking flight. And It is yours to take.

Why is it effective? - it's brief (15 seconds), it taps into your emotions and pauses the motions, it calls forth your most powerful self, and (I think we know by now), breathing helps brain function.

Here are some tips:
